A lovely Day with Sui Princess & Alena ♥ Pink twin hair

Hi there (^-^)v
On the 25. January I met Sui Princess and Alena in Düsseldorf.
And as you can see we kinda went for a twin look as Sui
recently dyed her hair pink *o* Gosh I love it so much ♪
Made the world a little bit more pink and sparkly ;3
If you want to know how she dyed her hair click here.
I also did a video tutorial on how I dye my hair.
I can't help it but I seem to have fallen endlessly in love
with roses and innocent Liz Lisa like fashion ! ♥
Also see her blog entry about this day.
\(^o)(^0^)(o^)/
Sui, Alena and me :
Some people have asked me where I got the shoes, they are
actually from Primark - lucky ! ^^
To make the twin look even more confusing and therefor more fun
we took some photos with Hello Kitty face masks my friend Bea sent
me from Japan
♪ヽ( ⌒o⌒)人(⌒-⌒ )v ♪
We went to eat at Pizza Hut and afterwards spend some time
shopping and looking through the stores ^^
During shopping we bought this great light grey twin shirt *o*
It's my favourite daily cozy thing to wear now ♥
I love oversized shirts just as much as Babydoll dresses.
And especially light grey ones, I think grey is my second favourite
color right after pink. Might sound strange but I like the calming
effect the colour has. Pink hair is already so flashy I think it makes a
beautiful contrast with grey ♪
Trying on some things we saw in the store.
I wish I could pull off a cool look like it was nothing :D
Sadly I can't- but I also really want to try out some outfits
that are not only sweet and cute. Maybe I can put a cool
look together until summer time ^^ We'll see.
I think Sui is really great at pulling off a badass look if she wants to
while still looking super adorable ~♪ That's a great mix!

Parcel from Japan, Tokyo fashion update & Haruki Murakami ♥

 Hi there (^-^)v
I hope you're all having a great weekend ~♥
I finally have my semester break, but before I can
fully relax I still need to focus on some upcoming exams.
Today I want to show you some of my casual outfits
I'm wearing a lot recently.
I will also show you a gift parcel I got
from my dear friend Bea ♥ who's currently living near Tokyo.
I really love this moon necklace and lots of people
keep on asking me where I got it. So I'll
mention it again: I got it here on ebay for only 3 € !
If the link is expired just search for 'pink moon necklace' and you'll find it.
~♥~
I really want to wear this poncho more often,
I got it 2012 for Christmas at kumimakiko.com :
~♥~
So cozy ! I love warm socks ♥
There's another big update to my life ~♪
In the beginning of January I took this cute Hamster baby
home
to live with me ♥
ヽ(^◇^*)/ ワーイ☆彡
My boyfriend Valentin went with me that day and helped me search.
It took us the whole day and we went from pet shop
to pet shop in Düsseldorf until we finally found a store that has
a Syrian Hamster. First I thought we'd never find one and I
almost started to cry but then in the last store when it was
already getting dark outside we saw her *o*
Flauschi ♥ (=fluffy in German)
 She has long fur *-*
Now she has really settled down. Some of you might have
seen it on my facebook, I've lost my last hamster Pichu last year
and it was really tragic and shocking for me as the hamster was only
1 year old. The doctor told me it had a genetic defect and eventually
Pichu had to be euthanized because he had a very severe seizure
one morning which wouldn't stop. I rushed to the emergency vet
(I'm lucky we have things like this here in Düsseldorf)
at 6:30 a.m. but nothing could be done, sadly.
It really took me a lot to get over it and to accept his death.
But thanks to my boyfriend and my friends I came to the conclusion
that this shouldn't stop me from giving a home to animals
and being a good mother to a new hamster
v(。・ω・。)ィェィ♪
I like to think of the idea that some day when I have reached more
than a hundred years and I finally go to heaven (hopefully
something like this exists ^_~) on my cloud there will be
all of my past hamsters and pets happily waiting for me.
~♥~
I also have some update pictures I took of me while
participating in the Kimono club of my University.

This is one of my more modest Kimono :
[no make-up]
One day some of the Japanese women of the other Kimono club
in Düsseldorf wanted to practise dressing up tall people in
Furisode Kimono because they were going to dress up some models
in Berlin for a big event. The leader of our University's Kimono club
also is a member of the other Kimono club consisting of the
Japanese women living in Düsseldorf.
Recently they have also invited me to join their club *-*
I hope I can further improve my Japanese and Kimono skills there.
They practise once a month and I'm already totally excited !
Due to this club membership I'll also join the
Japanese club of Düsseldorf ♥ デュッセルドルフ日本クラブ
They organize most of the things concerning the Japan Day
in Düsseldorf. And the Kimono club also has a Kimono dress-up
stall each year there where you can get dressed up.
Me at their dress up practise:
[I was quite stressed due to university that day so I didn't look so great ;D]

Now I'll show you the gift parcel Bea sent me from
Japan this month ♥
I can't put to words how thankful I am you really are too sweet ♥
Happy Neko is Happy ! \(*T▽T*)/ワーイ♪
So let's see what was in it.
A necklace from MA*RS :
I think those kind of necklaces are really cute, I've been wanting such
since so long I can't believe I finally have one *-*
I'm super excited to put it into new looks soon.
A white and cozy dress by Liz Lisa :
Bea handcrafted a key chain for my Tamagotchi P's
but as I love it so much I currently attached it to my phone.
You're really awesome at making cute things ! *o*
This totally hits my taste ♥
A floral Liz Lisa dress :
A super fluffy cardigan in soft pink ♪ I will use it for
Fairy Kei & Pastel Goth outfits.
A pencil case by MyMelody
She even found a micro mini baby FANT ! *O* OH MY GOSH
It's Mouton from Sentimental Circus.
But my boyfriend and I call him "Fant" as it's cuter.
We kinda have invented a whole story around
this cute little blue elephant. Sometimes we joke around and
say if neither of us succeed with our job plans then we might
at least end up famous for a children's television show or
for children's books due to all our stories & characters
that we like to invent for fun ~♥
For this Christmas he got me the big "Mega Fant" :D ♥
I bought the medium sized Fant shotly after I moved to
Düsseldorf and I could not be happier about that decision as
it started a big cute universe my boyfriend and I create around this
for entertainment =D  The baby Fant on the very right is his ^^
We also gave our dear friend Bea a baby Fant before she went
to Japan for 1 year so she didn't have to go alone ^_~
In the parcel there was also this cute white headband :
Hello Kitty face mask :
I think they are really cute and totally practical.
I'm sad that it isn't socially accepted in Germany or "normal"
to wear such a thing in public transport. I've experienced
really disgusting things in the subway considering people sneazing...
I think I'll use this sometimes when I am sick because
I want to be a considerate person and not infect other people.
I also want to have it with me in my handbag to be ready to use it in
public transport
if people get too close to me. I really don't like it
to be close to strangers on the subway and I feel really better when
I know I can protect myself from whatever they might have...
I don't want to sound paranoid or like a hypothondriac
but if you could see most of the people that use the subway here
you would totally understand and favour a face mask too.
I really hate it if you can very visibly see or smell that
people are filthy and do not take good care of themselves...

to take better photos with it ^^ Thank you so much again ♥
I have so many new Outfits ready I can't wait to take pictures
of all. I also have some new wigs. I will start writing about
everything in the end of February, so stay tuned ♥
Last sunday I visited my family and my mother gave me this
book as a present. She's the best *-* ♥
She loves reading and has read countless books, in the evenings
I can always find her sitting in the kitchen reading a new book.
She's always looking for new things to read and so she stumbled
across the latest book of one of the greatest Japanese authors :
Haruki Murakami
This book is called: Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage.
I've already finished reading it and it is now among my most
favourite books. It gave me a lot of things to think about and
really gave me some new ways of thinking !
I think this book is so valuable ♥ it really tells you some
basic but very crucial things about living and thinking.
To me the most important aspect of this book was
self-image and how it affects your life.
I personally have learned one important thing:
I am not colorless ♥ Everybody is truly special
and most of the time we are not able to see our own value
but others DO.
This also reminds me of a message embedded in my
favourite Manga Fruits Basket.
The main Character Thoru Honda tells another Character the
following:

"If you think of someone's good qualities as the umeboshi
(Japanese salt plums) in an onigiri, it's as if their qualities are stuck
to their back! People around the world are like onigiri.
Everyone has an umeboshi with a different shape and color and flavor.
But because it's stuck on their back,
they might not be able to see their umeboshi.
"There's nothing special about me. I'm just white rice." [in her head]
That's not true. There is an umeboshi -- on your back. [aloud]
Maybe the reason people get jealous of each other, is because
they can see so clearly the umeboshi on other people's backs.
I can see them, too. I can see them perfectly.
There's an amazing umeboshi on your back, Kyo-kun."
~♥~
This is one quote that I have carved into my heart.
I think this is deeply true and I always try to keep that in mind.
This manga has really shaped me during growing up and I think
it really teaches a lot of great things.

My Chirstmas time & New Year's Eve ♥ + my X-mas presents (ノ゚▽゚)ノ☆

Hi there (^-^)v
I hope all of you had a great Christmas time
and a lovely New Year's Eve. ~♥
I spent Christmas Eve with my family at my parent's house.
My mother had even hung some pink Christmas balls on our
Christmas tree for me ^^
On December 25th I went to the house of my boyfriend's family
to spend time with him and his family.
We went to a fancy restaurant which was inside a castle.
It's called "
Restaurant Wasserburg haus zum Haus".
We had a really nice evening and the food was delicious.
We also saw "The Hobbit" together. (●⌒∇⌒●)☆彡
On the photo above you can see my Christmas outfit with my new
Liz Lisa dress ~♪
I didn't really take much pictures as we just wanted to enjoy the time.
But I briefly took some snapshots, this was Valentin and me
on New Year's Eve :
We spent New Year at my parent's house as we just wanted to
relax and have some time on our own. We spent last New Year's eve
at the riverside of the Rhine (which was also lovely), but this time we
wanted everything to be less stressful as we're both pretty busy with University lately.
Well, now let me show you some of the Christmas presents I got ^^
My boyfriend was super sweet and asked my friend Bea, who's
currently living in Japan, to search for a
Tamagotchi P's
and send it here for me *o*
I can't believe it, I'd never thought I'd ever have one ♥
I used to want this for so long. It's the latest version of Tamagotchi.
It came out on November 23, 2012.
See all information about the Tamagotchi P's in English here :
Tamagotchi P's - wikia
It's really amazing and can do so much more than you'll imagine!
You can buy clothes, decorate your rooms (yes you have a lot of rooms),
play mini games to earn money, go to school/restaurants/dates
and you're Tamagotchi can even have a pet !
Mine has a white doggy with a flower crown ^^
you can put on your Tamagotchi.
They unlock different new items, places and Characters.
I have the Melody Land Deco Pierce :

There is even an anime series which play's in the
The commercial for the Tamagotchi P's :

The box :
~♥~
This is how the screen looks.
I already decorated the rooms in a pink diamond style.
The Tamagotchi you see on the screen is not my final one.
I don't really like it's looks, so I gave it a tiara =D
If you let your Tamagotchis date they'll get a baby and then that
will be your new Character, that's how you can get different ones.
I really like that I can practise my Japanese skills with this as well
as there appear a lot of speech bubbles and next to all the items,
kinds of food etc. the names are written in Kana.
So it's really easy to understand and a fun practice ! ^^

These are the female Characters you can get :

Stickers that came with it :
~♥~
My boyfriend also got me some other things like a
little pat which is heated that I can put under my computer desk.

No more cold feet again ! ♥
And this cute little squid *-*
He said it's exactly the colour of my hair :)
Like I said I also spent Christmas time with my boyfriend's family.
So I saw his cat Luna again *-* She's so fluffy :3
Valentin's mother gave me Katy Perry's perfume Purr
I really like it's smell...not to mention the sweet look !
Thank's so much again! ^///^
As we had so much time during the Christmas holidays Valentin
and I decided to buy Pokemon X together. So we finally have it, too.

First I was not sure if I'd like it as I really like the retro games but
when I started playing I instantly fell in love with it ♥
These are the presents my parents got me :
A practical Japanese dictionary with pictures for travelling.
I also got some money for some more books I really
wanted to have about Japanese fashion :

I recently got into this topic due to a work for my Japanese studies
I need to do. I had to do some research in our library
about Japanese subcultures and found some great literature ♥
I just really wanted to own some of them,
they are like huge treasures to me *-*
I've also ordered the following books :

• We used lots of exerptcs of this book at
university in one of my courses. It's great :

I did find tonns of scientific literature about Lolita and Gyaru fashion.
Also about Cosplay.
But I did not find anything good or longer about
Decora or even Spank!/Fairy kei fashion yet ;_;
Please help me if you know some scientific literature about that !
In the books I found Decora is often called "some kind of cosplay" -.-
I can't believe no one has written lots about these fashions too.
If not, also great then I can do that ^_~
These are the great photographies of Shoichi Aoki :
 ~♥~
 ~♥~
This is another great book I found at our library,
I currently borrowed it :
[the cover looks kinda outdated to my opinion, but on the inside
the book really is great and deals with high fashion and important Designers]
My mother also got me this small book with really
extraordinary stories by a Japanese auhor.
It's called The moon is your guest :

Yesterday I went shopping in Düsseldorf with some of my Christmas
money.
I found these lovely shoes at New Yorker :
Shoes from Primark :
~♥~
Top from New Yorker :
Slippers from Primark :
(I think they were only 2€  *-*)
Cute gum boots from Primark :
I must admit I really love rain gear ~ ♥
I also kinda collect umbrellas ^^
I think with a pretty umbrella you can feel happy
and pretty even on a rainy day ♪ I think rainy days are really
enjoyable and you can also have a lot of fun in such times.

I'm not letting a little rain ruin my day :) I think it feels really
nice to walk around on such a day, the mood uses to be so
enchanting and you get so easily lost in thoughts
while watching the rain pour.
And in case there still appear some worries there are
the "worry-eaters" ♥ My mum got me one for Christmas.

In German it's called "Sorgenfresserchen"
which sounds really cute (to us?!). If you have worries
you can write them down and the worry-eater will eat
them for you. It's this plushie :

Some Hello Kitty candy Valentin got me as kitchen decoration :
And a snapshot of an apple everyone got at the fancy dining place where
I ate with Valentin's family which says "Merry Christmas".
I wonder how they did it, it's not paint.
So I hope you all enjoyed Christmas a lot and your dreams and wishes
came true. If something didn't go the way you wanted it I'm sure things
will get better during this year ♥ I wish you the best :3
